It didn't bog down my browser like other site builders, and the personalized help I received was like magic. Asad kindly created custom code for me, as I had a few tweaks. Overall it's been a joy working with Unicorn and getting my integrations to work.

I was able to build everything in minutes, seriously. It's only improving more and coupled with amazing customer support. I'd only use Unicorn for all my future projects.

Some downsides are that it's really not very customizeable beyond each section, and that many of the sections don't seem to share some obvious common things like a wrapper. On my website, each section basically has a different wrapper width to the last which makes the whole thing look inconsistent, which is like design 101. But really the reason for 3/5 is that it's buggy, the product feels somewhat forgotten, and the customer support has been slow and unhelpful. And twice I couldn't even get through to customer support because of bugs.
