And that easiness can be a disadvantage though as it lacks some customization options. It was the best fit for me as I didn't care much about customizations and wanted a fully functional website fastly and effortlessly. Their support team was great and guided me at all times. The support response times could be improved. I got live/1 minute responses but some responses were between 1 hour to 12 hour response times, this can be improved further.
