From amazing to horrifying, real fast! My experience with Unicorn Platform de-escalated pretty quickly from amazing to horrible. First, I created my landing page using all the tools and functions available. I was very impressed with the quality of it all and how easy it was to get the site up-and-running. This sense of victory was very short, however. After sharing the link with the client, the landing page stopped working, making me look pretty bad. Then, after working again, the site went down for "server reasons", and now the landing page isn't working once more, after that I shared it again with the client and they'll be seeing it in the morning, fuming. The response time from assistance is super slow. There is barely any actual support offert. It could have been 5 stars, now it's barely 1.

Excellent product Unicorn is the best landing page builder I've seen. Most others are either overly complex or too simplistic. Love how I can drag and drop existing components. Also their customer support is great.

Nimble platform & fabulous support I'm not very savvy with coding but found Unicorn to be very easy to use. It didn't bog down my browser like other site builders, and the personalized help I received was like magic. Asad kindly created custom code for me, as I had a few tweaks. Overall it's been a joy working with Unicorn and getting my integrations to work.

The easiest website builder I've ever used The easiest website builder I've ever used. I've used many website builders, and sometimes you don't want to spend hours putting it all together. I was able to build everything in minutes, seriously. It's only improving more and coupled with amazing customer support. I'd only use Unicorn for all my future projects.

Some downsides are that it's really not very customizeable beyond each section, and that many of the sections don't seem to share some obvious common things like a wrapper. On my website, each section basically has a different wrapper width to the last which makes the whole thing look inconsistent, which is like design 101. But really the reason for 3/5 is that it's buggy, the product feels somewhat forgotten, and the customer support has been slow and unhelpful. And twice I couldn't even get through to customer support because of bugs.
