Model is inflexible. Food consistently late, poorly labeled, cold. This is the restaurants fault to be sure, but Foodee selects the restaurant to partner with and should communicate their expectations if they want to be a successful business. Additionally, Foodee adds a 15% upcharge per item in addition to charging $5 per user, on TOP of the restaurant's own upcharge. This stretches your individual meal budget to the absolute limit. They also offer no option to cover the difference to the individual user, so if you've got a $20 limit, and your Burrito plus a drink is $20.01 (this happens with frequently), you're out of luck, you can only get the burrito or the drink, not both. Great way to sink company morale by leaving everyone only half fulfilled. $20 should be more than sufficient to feed someone, but you'll find yourself spending all of that just to get 1 item and having to leave $5 on the table because the pricing doesn't fit.

Kupfert and Kim We, Kupfert and Kim , Have been working with Foodee for a long time and this partnership has been amazing. Great team to work and communicate with, very quick to respond any emails we send and amazing delivery service. They give us weekly schedule ahead of time and send us the final order a day in advance. Overall, VERY HAPPY TO HAVE THEM AS OUR WORK PARTNER 🙌🏼🙏🏻

Service is good overall Service is good overall, sometimes they have technical glitches but the support team can always responded swiftly. some restaurants markup prices are too high compared with what you order directly from them, hence reducing one star. Overall you are paying for their services rather then the food so its not a budget friendly option.
