GBIf you’re new get it. If you’re new, this is the way. I just started my own business 5 months ago and I’m glad this software came out when it did because paying for all the different subscriptions would add up in no time. I’m also not relearning since I started with this right away. I don’t have much of an opinion of different softwares so I might not know the difference in switching from something else but Vidlead has a ton of features all in one. Nothing like anything else I’ve checked out. The customer service is top notch and the community behind it are willing to help whenever as well. I still haven’t learned everything about it but so far it’s great and it’s only going to get better.

GBbest multi platform tool I have ever used From anyone who has ever used multiple platforms to service clients for video and photo, they would say this tool just isn’t priced high enough. It takes some many apps that you would pay to use and give you same and better functionality. Honestly this apps solve the back end of being a wedding videographer so I can spend more time creating, not to mention all the stuff you get for socials, and we then all in one place, post from one place, manage one calendar! Just saying this tool is like have 10 employees, any product the FTF team puts out is Quality and a must buy!

GBI contacted them on 3 or 4 occasions… I contacted them on 3 or 4 occasions about the issue of not being able to schedule a meeting via text to onboard my website. I would get a text back from you within a couple days that dates were now available and every time I logged in to schedule (within a minute of receiving the text), I would scroll down the calender and no dates available until 2026 (well, tbh I stopped looking after that date because it was a bit insane to have to look that far ahead). Even in the first meeting online you mentioned that we needed to be patient, which I was and I tried for several weeks with no luck. Again this goes to show that you failed on providing a quick response with your customer service, something you bragged about both in the sales pitch and subsequent online meetings. With the upselling, you were pitching some email or text messaging feature that cost roughly $10/month. I don't remember the exact service because when I heard about it at the online meeting it really put me off. You didn't even have the basic platform functioning and you wanted an additional $10 for a service that from the initial pitch sounded like it should have been included. With the online meeting, I thought we would get guidance and be able to ask questions about the use of the platform, instead it was some random person bragging about his success following your program(s) and that I needed to hire someone overseas to do my editing so I can produce more content. Well, maybe I enjoy editing, maybe I feel that is where you can create an amazing story and look from the video I captured. It felt very MLMish and not the education meeting I was looking for and promised with this product to help one succeed with it. With you not offering what you initially promised, one example that comes to mind are the various forms that you said we would have access to, the last time I checked the forms were not available. Even in the online meeting you asked us to be patient while you still had to finalize/upload them.
