I like the response time for support… I like the response time for support but you guys need to add live chat because there are times immediate intervention needed for critical issues is needed as any seconds passing by with issues on server is money . Secondly, you need to also make available automatic service downgrade . Its easy to just upgrade from one plan to another and it should be same to downgrade, not having to start from afresh deleting the whole plan just to downgrade.
