Terrible support I ordered a 8gb Minecraft server. Despite claiming they have 24/7 support on their site, not only did they take 3 days for one reply to my refund request, but it has been over one week and it has still not been completed. The hosting should improve their customer service response time. I shouldn't have to join the discord server just to ask them to reply to my ticket.

No complaints here ;) I am a new customer to LunarTech and overall it's much faster than my previous host that was much more expensive. Their support has also been kind, helpful and dedicated to perfection. Thanks for all the help so far.
