Terrible support I ordered a 8gb Minecraft server. Despite claiming they have 24/7 support on their site, not only did they take 3 days for one reply to my refund request, but it has been over one week and it has still not been completed. The hosting should improve their customer service response time. I shouldn't have to join the discord server just to ask them to reply to my ticket.

I had run into an issues that I couldn't solve myself so then he attempted himself the same way I did. That still was a bust until he had a system admin help me fix my problems.
