Good company to deal with Cheapcarhirerates did get me the cheapest car hire rate, cheaper even than the company that the car came from had advertised. However...... I was lead to believe that the amount I was charged included insurance. So it was a bit of a shock that I had to pay an extra @175 on top of the hire rate for insurance. The hire of the car still did cost me less than if I had gone directly to the car hire company myself, but cheapcarhirerates does need to be more specific in detailing what you will actually be paying for

Tired of people not knowing what to do? Get cheapcarhire they are the best!!!!! It was a pleasure walking into a office where everybody is smiling and asking if they can help you. In about 15 munites or less you've got the car and off you go! Thanks a lot!!!!!

Couldn't be more helpful and solid reliable car Contact was pro-active in making arrangements for late arrival, ringing me to ensure smooth piick up. The car was reliable but slightly older than higher priced HireCars.and a few minor blemishes. Had not been detailed following last user, but mainly surface mess. It felt like getting into my own car. Drop off worked well, as we could stay at the samemotel as Drop Off on evening before departure from Aukland. Would certainly use them again.
