We have successfully placed over 100 orders in a very short time since our launch. Applova has helped us provide our customers a faster more convenient way to order and pick up , avoiding wait time . We love the ease of reading the panel showing us the order , time and customer name in a click of a bottom. The best part of the applova online service is that once you have created your website there really isn't very much needed to be done after. We have not had any issues with the system being down or orders that have been paid not coming through to our end. We at Mama Tita's are overall pleased with the customer service that we have been provided by Kevin Austin. Kevin has been extremely patient and willing to help at anytime of the day with any questions or concerns we may have. He has made the transition from a regular drive through to an online store successful. Applova also offers a call center that also provide excellent service when needed.
