A special kudos to Alina Wellington, she is very professional, quick to respond to issues, results oriented, easy to talk to and takes time to explain to customer how to navigate the system. She exemplies what great customer service is. I truly mean it. I have dealt with many companies that profess great customer service only trying to sell you a product, after you buy it that's where the service ends and you call support line. So I am impressed by her kindness and quick to action attitude. Another employee that needs recognition is Shane Maxwell. He is a super star and has always responded very kindly and professionally with all kinds of my stupid questions. APPLOVA is very fortunate to have them on the team.
