Their CEO has even gone out of his way to help me on multiple occasions. The level of support provided and dedication to product development and improvement by this company is very impressive! Second, I am writing a review ONLY for the self-hosted Campaigns+ platform. I cannot comment on their cloud hosted service nor any other applications. In the area of self-hosted email marketing platforms, there are very few options available, and most are outdated, or feature-poor, or both! Mumara's Campaigns+ application is the exception--it is built with the latest web technologies; it has an insanely gorgeous and modern UI that's extremely intuitive and easy to use; it is packed to the brim with rich contact, list, and campaign management features you expect a modern email automation platform to have; it has a nice drag-and-drop responsive HTML editor plus option for custom HTML editing if needed; it has very robust segmentation and triggering capabilities; plus extensive white-labeling features and a comprehensive API supporting nearly every function you can think of! All in all I highly recommend Mumara as a company and their Campaigns+ self-hosted software.It is a thoughtfully designed platform designed to help you run successful email campaign, and I can't wait to see how the Mumara team continues to improve the product and innovate in the future.

CNmy favorite feature is rocket… my favorite feature is rocket importing, which allows me to import millions of contacts with one upload. save me hours. I didn't find any other software with the similar capability. the installation process is really unintuitive. I'd like to see some improvement on that. it took me more than one week to get it finally installed with the assistance from mumara team.
