Excellent Provider Training In November 2020, Medkoder conducted focused coding/billing trainings for our providers based on three specialty groups. Each training was thorough and well paced, and our trainer was able to stay on schedule while also taking and answering questions throughout. In the planning meetings, their project team staff were responsive to our needs and assigned a trainer to us that had specific expertise and knowledge of both our EHR and our patient population groups. We've had trainings in the past from other vendors that were not as streamlined, making provider engagement difficult to maintain. The overwhelming feedback about Medkoder from our providers was that they were looking forward to the next scheduled sessions. We're excited to expand our partnership with Medkoder to include chart auditing services, which in turn will drive the ongoing training we want them to provide. We highly recommend their services.
