Smart home apartment system without the connection issues I'm very big on researching and finding new technologies for my business and personal use. The specs from Arize's smart system is very advanced compared to any of the others that I've seen so far. They're using a unique communication signal between the devices that's able to maintain a stronger connection and won't interrupt your community's WiFi. One of the biggest problems I see with smart home devices is connectivity.

Very receptive to new ideas Arize is very receptive to our requests for new product features or improvements. We really love the backup cell signal the devices have in case our WiFi drops out, we still stay connected and operational.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced… Not sure if anyone else has experienced this also but after labeling our properties as smart buildings we saw a pretty big increase in inquiries.

We love the ease of use of Arize… We love the ease of use of Arize allowing us to track potential emergencies and monitor our property digitally. We get immediate messages if any of the devices get turned off by tenants or if water drips from a leaky sink. I'd highly recommend using Arize if you own or manage a lot of doors. It'll make your job a whole lot easier. It's very user-friendly and they train your team for you too. Before we tried them out, we were literally spending most of our day driving around checking in on properties and it was such a serious waste of everyone's time and unnecessary expenses.

Great remote property management system I just want to start off by saying that I've been doing weeks of research for the best ways to manage my property from home. That's how I stumbled on Arize's automatic management system . I'll try to keep it short but their smart devices cover property security, smart door locks, smart smoke detectors and water leak notification. Its all bundled together into one system that I'm able to control from my ipad so I dont need to go door to door to my properties anymore. My favorite feature has to be the water leak detectors. I think we've all seen what happens when leaks happen without someone there to catch it. The only thing their system is missing right now for me is thermostat remote control so I can change and set temperatures during the different seasons but they let me know that they are launching that in a few months so I'm feeling very happy about my choice still.
