The product provides leading edge capabilities to create a custom UI for your agents and prompts - it has advanced options that allow you to select different LLM Models, provide multi-modal capabilities, include APIs and RAG (knowledge files). The customer service is excellent and highly responsive. The developer is highly responsive to the needs and suggestions of the community In my opinion it is a superior alternative to GPT Teams with full privacy and extended capabilities. It's very easy to create and call up an AI Character for a specific field, now even via @ Mentioning - Costs; To ramp up calls to match the ChatGPT subscription really takes a lot of effort.
