Always available and responsive and very skilled at solving very complex challenges. They were, and continue to be, like our own server admin division, but with more talent and skills than we could ever find and manage ourselves. A truly boutique firm from the service and skills standpoint, but with incredibly reasonable pricing.

GBSeveral years in and still stoked I've hosted my company's websites on Pagely for several years and after hopping from host to host (and doing it myself on AWS without any success) I'm very happy with Pagely several years later. Most recently we had an attack on our website and after noticing some service degradation I hopped on chat support with the subject "Receiving intermittent 503 timeout errors" and the support rep (Kevin) opened the chat a moment later with a link to some log files identifying the IP of the culprit and asking for permission to block these requests on the server level. Within minutes the block was in place and performance improved shortly thereafter. This is just a small snippet of the service they provide. Overall they provide excellent and stable hosting. Their support team is outstanding.

GBHappier than ever two years later helpful I've used at least 10 different hosts in the last decade. All of them, shortly after migrating, showed me a flaw or weakness. After nearly two years my business has 6 websites in production at Pagely and I still haven't had that post-migration disappointment I've become so accustomed to with webhosts. I've even seen Pagely get better in these 2 years with new interfaces and improvements. And when I have encountered minor issues the support team had been very helpful. I'm looking forward to many more years with Pagely.
