Every time there's been an issue Chris has gone out of his way to make sure our system is working. We greatly appreciate such an innovative product and great service. I live in a rural area that gets poor reception from any of the sattelite internet providers. Outer Limits does not need a dish to get internet service. I am finally able to stream movies without hours of buffering. It takes less than a minute. I am very happy with the performance of this internet service.
