5 stars We have been using Bravo for our 5 location chain for a few years now. In terms of functionality and ease of use for our staff - I give the software a 5 star rating. We have no complaints. In terms of speed and quality of service requests - I give 5 stars also.We always receive same day service and they stay on the issue until it is resolved to our satisfaction.
