I get the message that my billing info is out of date. So you charged me almost $500 for a tool I don't want and now I can't use it? I disputed again with my credit card company, screenshots attached proving I can't get in. They told me contact Jasper customer service. Guess what? It doesn't exist. Just a chat bot and a bunch of help forums. Way to inspire the opposite of brand loyalty, guys. In this age, where you can get amazing quality AI for very little, all I can say is-- good luck.
