GBI have been with United Domains for… I have been with United Domains for around 5 years now. Good service. But, the only option I wish United Domains had is an option for a free "to get you started" web site host starter. lol.. instant gratification. I have domains and nothing to do with them until I choose to host myself "a real pain" or choose a hosting company and fend off up-selling. PFft... [ Face palm ] ...

It takes a short while longer in the post-purchase process but the configuration was easy and the costumer support was outstanding, I had an issue and it was resolved super fast, effectively and with politeness. GBReserved .app domain years ago I reserved a .app domain years ago. They recently sent me an email to confirm. I did and next day I had it. Was half expecting them not to honor the reservation -- it's been years -- or never contact me about it. But they did. Extremely smooth and professional.

CADoes not let you input payment method… Does not let you input payment method when renewing a domain. Once you click on continue check out, it just says purchase completed and charge you on the old credit card on the profile.
