GBHuckleberry's service is awful Huckleberry's service is awful. Back in June 2022, I got Workers Comp insurance with them with EIG. Their communication with the client is basically nonexistent. At first, there was an issue with the payment set up. No calls from Huckleberry about that! As a result EIG canceled my policy after one month. It took some work to reinstate the policy. Then I set up auto-pay to avoid any payment issues. Two weeks ago I found out that my policy had been canceled by EIG for non renewal over 3 months earlier. No one from Huckleberry had ever bothered to contact me when the policy was near the end of it's term in order to renew. Huckleberry admitted in writing that their "agent" had quit over 12 months earlier and no new agent was assigned to my policy. They called it a "clerical error"! As of today, I keep getting rejected by most other carriers, including EIG, due to laps of policy. Only one carrier is willing to write a new policy at 90% higher than what I had before with EIG. Huckleberry's incompetence is costing me $45,000 more annually for comp policy.

GBI'm am beyond happy with my experience… I'm am beyond happy with my experience working with Huckleberry! The person I worked with (Chris) really understood my business and knew exactly what I was asking for without needing me to explain it in great detail. He was able to answer all of my questions, and we moved though the process quickly (and he knew I needed speed - so he really listened to my needs!). Couldn't be happier. I wish everyone I worked with was as efficient and capable as Chris and, I assume, the entire team at Huckleberry. Thank you so much!

GBI have had liability insurance with… I have had liability insurance with another company, no claims for 4 years. They wanted to raise rates. I shopped and you did a good job of getting what I needed. Your website needs a little help though. Questions for my coverage were not necessary, but I could not go forward without giving an answer.
