Intuitive UI, outstanding customer service I looked for a simpler tool to grow my audience and send newsletters than the big, well-known solutions out there. SendFox is simple and unites the most essential features without the complexity of inflated pricing tiers built on features I would hardly ever use. I love their smart pages feature and most of all how simple it is to create a newsletter! It should be the norm but this is what sets SendFox apart from the competition. Their platform is intuitive and constantly improving. Where it doesn't work, their outstanding customer service makes up for it with ultrafast and relevant help.

What's not to like? I really like Send Fox. Simple and easy to use, but very powerful and effective. Delivery rates are great. My customers actually reply to emails I send them on Send Fox. It gets conversation going. The automations are very cool. I'm finding that it integrates well with other platforms such as Zapier really good too.

I design and re-lay a monthly report… I design and re-lay a monthly report for Oak Grove Writers and Readers Association. It goes to various members via lists depending on content up to 2000+. You can manage schedules as well. This is in the form of an HTML email which is us highly customised. There is plenty of flexibility (maybe a few more options could be added). For regular email newsletters Sendfox is a great tool.

Sendfox is the most turnkey option for… Sendfox is the most turnkey option for a non-techie starting an email list. I paid $$$ to someone else to only do half the job this step-by-step option gave me in minutes. They even provide simple templates, and the ability to automate snippets of articles from my RSS feed into a newsletter, so there was little editing to do to send my first automation. Seriously, if you already have a few articles on a blog or updates on social profiles, then the only 'technical' thing is to copy and paste links.

Garbage! Dont use even if it is given for FREE Sendfox is the worst email marketing software you can ever use. A brand new email account will quickly end up as spam email over their servers and all your emails will end up in the spam folder. Your newsletter subscribers via embed forms will be added to the unsubscribers list and you will end up deleting your own subscribers. Later due to all of the above your bounce rate will increase and your email send will be optimized and later they will upsell you monthly subscription over and above Lifetime deal you paid for. Finally the best part is whenever you are in trouble nobody will reply to your emails. Good Luck!
