Misleading “Money back guarantee” Misleading marketing! Very disappointed with this iOS recovery software. Only after you have spent ages downloading a file do they tell you that you need the paid version to perform any recovery. They flaunt a “Money back guarantee” if the software doesn’t work for you so you think, “What have I got to lose?”. However, although I quickly discovered that it didn’t work for me, they claimed that my problem is a “hardware issue” and therefore I am only entitled to half of my money back. How do they know it’s a hardware issue? They cannot be certain of this without examining the phone. To be fair, their support team were quite quick to respond most of the time. I have subsequently discovered that all of the functionality of this software is readily available within MacOS and their software is basically a pretty front end GUI. Cannot recommend as their marketing is a scam.

Great service While the iBookCopy app would not work on the latest Mac OS that I run, I must commend Tuneskit for the excellent service I’ve just received. They offered an immediate refund for my purchase.

Great customer service Great customer service! I've been using the tuneskit spotify converter since 2019. It has regular updates, and if I've ever had an issue (as I just did setting up a new laptop) support has been very responsive through email and has always been able to resolve my issue. The converter itself works great, audio quality is great as well. I DJ offgrid sometimes and NOT depending on an internet connection is the way to go. Cheers.
