Worst Customer Service Worst Customer Service The team at Graphy will force you to upgrade to their premium plan. I had tried Graphy and my KYC was done during onboarding. But later when I started collecting my membership payments, they held my funds stating that KYC is still pending, its been over 2 months that its still pending, no response or support from their team. When I call the account manager, they say that its taking long because I haven't upgraded to premium plan yet.
