GBAmazing System, Horrible Support Team I have been using RocketApps for well over a year now, and I love the system... well until recently. For whatever reason, the system broke and I can no longer grade applications, despite owning the center. I tried contacting BloxTech Customer Support about it four days ago, and they still haven't responded. Thanks to their unprofessional attitude by allowing this issue to keep happening, I now have over 90 applications backlogged in my system, and I am the only one who can grade them. If, and I said IF, BloxTech gets their act together and gets it fixed today (which I know they won't), I will be grading applications for a minimum of an hour, if not longer. BloxTech if you're reading this, your support team is a joke. I highly suggest you get it fixed before you start losing customers.

GBBest Customer Service I use this group for my applications all the time. There customer service team are amazing and expertly managed by Rugbymouse1. The response times are second to none and the help from the two founders “Chris” and “Market” are lovely.

GBAbsolutely fantastic! Quick service, reliable staff, if you ever want to set up a roblox / discord application service, use this one. I have seen several services like BloxTech, but this is definitely the best out of the lot

GBJonas and Chris are amazing. I am not just saying this because I am staff, I am being truly truthful. Since BloxTech acquired RocketApps it has been brilliant and the staff have been able to have contact with the owners as well as customers.
