However, the email with the key and the instructions went to the spam folder, this is because the instructions are in pdf format as an attachment. Since PDFs have a protentional to be harmful I did multiple scans of it and opened it in a VM, but no issues were found with the PDF. *** So check your spam/junk folder for the KEY email. *** The instructions were very clear with visual aids which was also probably the reason it was better in PDF format. I'm not a novice user, but I can see it being easily understood by a novice. Will update if anything changes with the activation, but as of right now I can recommend. 👍

1 means 1 Buyer be aware, 1 time install means 1 time install. I purchased two Office 2021 Pro. I installed them on my computer and my wife’s brand-new Dell computer with no problems. My wife's computer was 3 days old. My wife’s computer had to be returned to Dell for replacement due to a touchscreen failure less than a week after receiving it. I installed Office, but never used it on her computer. I was not able to get another activation key code for the replacement computer. Software keys did offer a discount on a repurchase but would not recognize this unique situation to provide another key at N/C. If you ever need to repair your computer or reload the software, you will need to repurchase the office program to get another key.

Just to update issue was finally resolved. I could not log in with the first user name and password given. The sales team resend a new username and password.

I bought Office Pro Plus I bought Office Pro Plus. It installed easily and is up and running. My only concern is the license going bad, but I think that is unlikely. Oh, and not sure how Microsoft will handle updates, if at all. This company delivered exactly what they said they would and I haven't had a bit of trouble with the software or the company.
