NO support First off, the free trial is not 3 months but 7 days, and they count weekends when most markets are off. Second, I can't seem to find any human to ask questions of and I'm not going to commit to spending $90 a month without having some issues addressed. For instance, I need help figuring out how I can create alerts from my Trading View strategy that sends webhooks specifically to track trailing stops; the default trailing stops on Traders Post are in percentages or dollars, and I'm having difficulty even getting these to work. Waiting for a reply or contact info.

Keep it Simple The simplicity with which traderspost.io allows you to operate is amazing. It is an understatement if I say this saved me 100s of hours of work, which I was planning to put in myself to build something like this. It is worth much more than the subscription cost. Great work.

Its also configurable which is really nice. New capabilities are always being added to it as well. I really can't imaging trading without this automation by my side.

Glad I found TradersPost Glad I found TradersPost. It's an easy to use web-based tool that allows trade automation using alerts sent to webhooks. Most traders love to create/test strategies on their favorite charting tools. When it comes to automating the executions using alerts - not everyone do. As it involves writing code to make use of broker APIs, handling API keys, keeping the connection open, hosting some where, and having a webhook url that listens to your alerts.... all this pain is gone. Simply connect to your broker from TradersPost and send alerts to TradersPost webhooks with minimal configuration steps, to execute orders. Tool supports configuring different strategies and subscriptions with lot of thoughtful options. Cant ask more. Whatever a trader needs to try testing on Paper account and executing on Live account - everything is place.. No issues whats so ever, smooth platform. Im very happy with it. Coming to customer support - Jonathan, the CEO - very knowledgable and goes beyond expectations to provide prompt support.
