office 2019 would not activate I purchased office 2019 paid for download, before it began i was directed to another site to see if I wanted another product, when I went back I could not find the download,I contacted then to explain, they sent me to MS used the key I had been sent and it said the key had already been used,despite at least 15 emails all I got told was to go to my products at MS which I did several times and got the same over and over key had been used,kept trying to get help from fast software yet again no good screenshot this then that then same response go to MS ,and this continued,so now £29.99 has gone for no return no product all I wanted it for was my lads school work whilst in lockdown. robbers, run you in circles till you get fed up.would not recommens at all.they won FED UP

MS 2019 installation help I appreciated that Steve stuck with it until the installation was correct and complete as there were a few hiccups along the way. He was quick to respond and helpful and articulate in his communication. The software I purchased was a little higher-priced than some others that I looked at, but the reviews I saw were good including customer service, and they claim to be a US company and Microsoft partner, so I went with it. I would recommend FastSoftwares to others!
