Unethical business practices Please do not give this company your money. They agreed to a price and signed off on the scope of the project. They said it would take 12 days, it’s over 2 months later and my website still is not working. After 2 months of sending them revisions because it appeared they had a 4 year old building my website, we were almost ready to go live. This is when they demanded more money because they stated my VERY basic website required a dedicated server. This was a complete lie as confirmed by godaddy. When I refused and instigated they publish the site, they sabotaged the site by disabling the key functionalities. When I asked them to fix it I was told they would restore it when I paid them the extra money that they were demanding. This has been an absolutely awful experience. Don’t try calling management. They will just pass you off to someone who will come at you from another angle to get more money. When you insist they complete the scope of the job they will refuse unless you pay them more money. They are absolute criminals. It’s terrible that they don’t police crooked companies like this better because I can only imagine how many other consumers are going through the same scenario. Buyer beware
