GS Rich copy - enterprise version I started with the enterprise version of this software last year when I was losing the backup mechanism for my WD drive. This program met my needs and had great reviews. Support has seen me through several hiccups (of mine, not the software, including a new computer and later a new external hard drive). Support is always swift, committed, and instructive, and I can not say enough good things about it. I only worry if the creator retires :).
