I am with them from 5 months now and never got downtime on server. They deserve 10 star, Stephan you are the best your way of support and resolve my issues is outstanding.

Great Support Well, really good experience with them, i have moved all my accounts with them, at not extra cost, got all my special request and they did accomplish on real good time.

I have never seen being down for 48 hours+ before! I have been with these guys for a couple of years now and they have been quite good and of great value but just like the previous person, all my systems have been down for 2 days. They say it's local damage to the ISP or their connection to the internet, but I have been in this space since 1996 and I have never ever seen a system down this long, not even back then. I also will update this once it's resolved or not. Does anyone know who the actual prinicples are in this business?? their domain seems to be registered in Toronto...

No service for more than 7 days I have not been able to access my accounts for 7 days and it is generating problems with my clients. Each ticket that I enter they close it without giving me an answer, the worst that they generated a payment ticket and they don't give me an answer. What I am going through is critical.
