My laptop is 10 years old with Intel Core i3 and has lots of issues, but that did not stop the WebWork customer support team from trying every possible way to fix the issue. I have experienced poor customer support from other services where the agents are rude and the technician gives up on the 2nd attempt to troubleshoot. With WebWork Customer Support, the agents are always kind and the technicians are very determined. It is nice to feel cared for as a customer. BONUS: Unlike other time trackers, WebWork has "Thinking" option when its time tracker asks you why you are idle for more than 7 minutes. As a writer who thinks a lot before typing on the keyboard, this is very helpful. Many other time trackers make thinking writers look lazy because of idle time.
