The software is top-notch, and the support team is excellent, so it's definitely worth giving it a try. The only con I could find is, They increased prices without any notice. Helpful and usable My company have been using this time tracker for two month to check out work activity and watch for progress. It's slightly simple and user-friendly, only difficulty I confronted with was a couple of application errors, but they were fixed by today. I think, it's quite simple and convinient service, it has all necessary features and more.

Works great! WebWork works great, I use it for about three months and I'm very satisfied. I track my working time and my employee's time. I charge my clients based on a monthly report. Also, my client has his own (limited) access so he can control the time and his expenses.
