GBGreat App for tracking work/projects I have been using “WebWork Timetracker” for over a year to keep track of time spent helping out my friends on various projects. In the past I utilized a stopwatch app and an Excel spreadsheet, WWTT makes it much easier by blending the two AND still allowing me to keep track of multiple projects in one convenient place. It also has features for more professional usage such a multiple employees/teams, varied tasks within a project, and assigning employees to projects and/or tasks within a project. To top it off there is an invoicing feature. There are more ways to track and create reports for every project and probably more things that I haven’t touched on. One caveat is that the default setting for “Idle” is only 7 minutes, which can be easily changed in settings, and that it only works off of keyboard activity. I edit videos and do a lot of graphic work that doesn’t always require a lot keyboarding. All in all I highly recommend you investigate WWTT for yourself, then give it a trial run.

PHImpressive Customer Support One of the things I like best about WebWork is the customer service. My laptop is 10 years old with Intel Core i3 and has lots of issues, but that did not stop the WebWork customer support team from trying every possible way to fix the issue. I have experienced poor customer support from other services where the agents are rude and the technician gives up on the 2nd attempt to troubleshoot. With WebWork Customer Support, the agents are always kind and the technicians are very determined. It is nice to feel cared for as a customer. BONUS: Unlike other time trackers, WebWork has "Thinking" option when its time tracker asks you why you are idle for more than 7 minutes. As a writer who thinks a lot before typing on the keyboard, this is very helpful. Many other time trackers make thinking writers look lazy because of idle time.

PHI do think WebWork Time tracker works… I do think WebWork Time tracker works great. One thing that's a bit confusing though is that the app tracks time based on GMT+0. I work in a GMT+8 time zone, so any work done before 8AM is added by the app to the previous day. Other than that, I find WebWork Time Tracker perfect for what I would need.
