Excellent Excellent, one of the best, probably the simplest feedback platforms I have used. The team behind Feedbear has been very supportive. I hope they maintain this level of service, because it's been a great investment.

FeedBear is a great product FeedBear is a great product. It's very useful and it has helped me collect feedback from my customers more effectively than ever before. I love that it provides you with an overview of all the feedback you have collected, as well as how often they are used on your website. This makes it easier for me to find out which areas need improvement and where people seem to be having problems using the product.

Just what we needed! Just what we needed! I've been searching for a decent and simple to use roadmapping tool for a few months now. Most others I saw or tried were too complex for what I wanted out of a tool like this: straightforward, clean and simple UI and quick to use and add items to. Feedbear has all of this! It's so easy to use and took no time at all to set up and get running with. The only thing I'd like that it doesn't seem to do is to be able to brand it more. At the moment you can set a logo, favicon and highlight colour, but ideally being able to modify the background and header colour would make this a 5 taco for me, as it would blend perfectly across all branding and website etc then :) But even without that, I would highly recommend anyone to grab this tool while they can!

Feedbear is an excellent tool for… Feedbear is an excellent tool for collecting feedback from users. We're using this for our internal applications and the ability to create private boards with privacy options is a welcome change to other tools that cater only to public boards. I do wish there were a few more customization options for appearance but the simplicity of the tool is what I like most. I was able to get up and running with a few feedback boards in very little time. I also wish there was a way to see all registered users in the admin panel. Maybe they'll add this over time. All in all, a great tool.

Feedbear is all you need. Feedbear is all you need. We have been using Feedbear some time and now we are adding more projects to have all our brands with roadmaps and feedback access. For us, Feedbear has been amazing, easy to use, easy to configure, great UI and everything works likes magic. We love SSL is included and its say to setup your own domain in every project. Super recommended, we have tested a lot of tools but Feedbear is definitely the best tool and option for adding feedback and creating roadmaps.
