Great addition to the VR tech landscape! Works as promised. The wifi experience for guests is slick. StayFi support is very responsive and works through issues quickly. My email marketing list is growing faster than ever and StayFi even helped set up the email marketing campaigns. Definitely recommend to any and all vacation rental managers.

Poor support Very difficult to get a hold of this company. There is no phone number. My access point never worked and when I would email them they would reply only once per day. Never got resolution of my problem. Wasted months of subscritption fees

Excellent Customer Service Great customer service. Spoke with the founder, he helped me when Spectrum caused some issues at a property. Very happy overall. Would recommend!
