GBI'm so glad I found LightningMD! My single most favorite feature is that it tells me WHY a claim got rejected and then lets me correct it immediately and resubmit. Do you know how many hours I spent trying to figure that out on various claims before I started using LightningMD? I don't want to count them. That single feature is a game changer for me! I also love that I don't have to fill out CMS1500s for certain companies anymore. The benefits checks are more reliable than some insurance companies' own websites. I don't spend any time filling out redundant information anymore to submit claims, it's all saved. Also, Kelly and Brian are excellent to work with. I struggled with the transition in the beginning, but when I shared my concerns with Kelly and Brian, they went out of their way to help me feel more confident using the software. Now I can't imagine trying to do my job without it. LightningMD is doing exactly what I hoped it would; saving me time and increasing my productivity. Highly recommend!

GBLightening MD is so easy to use Lightening MD is so easy to use. I'm able to get the job done fast! They are very responsive and quick to get back to you for any questions I've had so far. They also on-boarded me once I signed up, which made things very simple as they walled me through the platform and helped get everything up and running for my practice. GBHighly Recommend LightningMD Lightning MD has been a great fit for my small billing company. Kelly worked with me to find an affordable option to fit my needs. Setting up different practices and providers for electronic claims filing/ERAs was the easiest process I have ever experienced. Claims management is a breeze and the reports are just what my clients need. The site is pretty intuitive, but if help is needed, customer support is very responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!
