BDI came to know Lightstream a few months… I came to know Lightstream a few months ago. After some tests, I started using it to do live production very easily for events where I was not physically present. It has a good feature, where you can input an RTMP source and do production on the go. I was really happy. Yesterday, I had another event like that where I was not physically present. After finishing setting up all the overlays, logo, promo video on lightstream for hours, I was waiting for going live. And Bam! Live not starting on lightstream. I hurriedly tried to contact support and found they are offline now. Then after a long 20 minutes delay I had to go live by purchasing another service, which only does raw live. On the same day, lighstream supports replied and told me they had a server issue. And that's just it! They don't have any redundant server and I won't know when it will work or not. And if don't work, you just have bite your finger.

USFreaking sucks ass Freaking sucks ass. They promise something they can not give you. I'm better off streaming with a capture card I bought at walmart. Customer service is dumb as hell.

USI found go light stream years ago and… I found go light stream years ago and while they were free and had issues. But I kept coming back to check on them and their progress, and finally they are stable and working. I tested and decided we'd pay for their monthly service to use with our podcast. 5 min into a chat with their customer service, one of their reps answered a question about using their service and mentioned something else I could use to achieve what I wanted. I asked if he could point me in the direction of a tutorial or something that could help with that and he said basically I could google it after telling me a few times (though I had told him I understood what he was saying) they didn't make the software he was referring to. If you have a paying customer, you don't EVER tell them to google it. If I can't get your software to work, then I don't use it, no pay and therefore no company no job. Even further when I mentioned it on their social media, they still would not apologize. So disappointed in them. I had people there when it was FREE actually share Youtube links, even though I didn't ask. Why now it was met with snark and passive-aggressiveness when I was ready to pay, makes no sense.
