It is collaborating with others in real-time which saved me a lot of trouble when I train my people. I am basically a Digital Marketing and WordPress Web Design Trainer. My students love this tool heaps. One simple drawback I have found is not being able to change font-family or pick any custom color other than what is already there. But maybe It's good for simplicity.

Stickers, icons, sticky notes, diagrams all are comfortable to use. But the problem I face is there is not enough color. and you can't change the font family. Overall It is an awesome tool.
