USBilling Assistance Via Phone Does Not Exist Service works well enough but customer service for billing questions via phone is non-existent. I have left two messages about needs to change our biling information and questions about future payment options. I have still not received a call back but was able to make partial changes through the website to get us through the current year. But we will have the same problem next year unless it is corrected. This will take human interaction.
