That's how long it took to receive a personalized emailed reply to my customer support inquiry when I had questions, even after reviewing the super detailed guide provided (the issues were all my own - as an artist and not a computer person this whole process was quite foreign to me). Several emails and screenshots were exchanged, and within a very short time I was up and running. I used two other detailed guides to quickly and easily get my business emails showing on my computer and then on my phone, and everything is now functioning perfectly. Amazing Customer Service! Amazing customer service! Literally inquired about documentation for DNS set up with Route 53 (AWS), because I didn't see it in their current docs.
