They have wonderful customer service and easy navigation on their website. If you are not using ASCP you should really take the time to look into it you will not be disappointed!

GBIt’s the CEU’s for me It’s the CEU’s for me! The customer service is amazing when I call I actually get a live person they don’t have long wait times whatever is going on gets fixed immediately. Whatever I have questions about they get back to me in a timely manner. It’s all of the customer service experience that I deserve and expect. Overall, they’re just a great company and they continue to innovate. They continue to fight for the industry and make sure as a professional I’m protected as well as a priority. They do it with integrity, and I believe every company should be taking notes and following their lead as a model!

GBCustomer service on phone was horrible Was having issues w the website so I called to set up my insurance. The girl didn't offer the additional insurance I was trying to get, i had to ask and it made her mad, tried rushing me straight to my payment and sounded so irritated if I had even a single question. The whole call didn't last very long and def let me know I don't want to call w any questions. I'm a newer esthetician and want to feel comfortable calling if I need. I will be checking other options before I renew just because of this experience. Idk how coverage is, but service was awful and makes me nervous to trust them.
