Easy to Administer and Use When shopping for Board portal software, we looked for a software that would be easy to administer and use, and was cost effective. OnBoard fit the bill, and we have not been disappointed. Training and resource materials are excellent, and tech support is responsive and timely. It is easily accessed from any device without any limitations to the user's experience. It has significantly helped in the administration of our Board activities. Productive and Efficient Communication through OnBoard for our Governing Board of Trustees Our organization has transitioned to the OnBoard Platform this year, managing our 15-member board of trustees. Communication is so easily achieved with OnBoard taking your announcements and meeting schedules and sending automatic meeting notifications to the board. As Assistant to the President, my job in preparing for board meetings has been streamlined with the use of OnBoard as it will take all of your documents which are downloaded and create a Meeting Book for you automatically. What I love most is the click-on feature when in the Open Book format which enables you to click on any document within the table of contents automatically without scrolling through all the pages. OnBoard: Excellent Board Portal OnBoard is very easy to use and utilize for our board meetings. Even those who are not tech-savvy can still utilize the product. We save a ton of time and paper using it for our board meetings and have excellent buy-in from our board members. OnBoard has a great support team and is so helpful to eliminate paper waste and help facilitate online meetings.
