GBPlum completely changed my mind on co-ownership There are a lot of potential pitfalls when it comes to co-owning a vacation home. After seeing some of the things my parents dealt with while they had a beach house, I was always a bit hesitant to go in with a group myself. Plum completely changed my mind on co-ownership. Their team was with us throughout the whole process, from helping to find group members to closing on the house. There was a huge focus on getting our group aligned and protected, which alleviated any fears I had with the prospect of owning a home with others. I can't recommend Plum enough - they're awesome!
