Excellent Customer Service! Signing up with Medfinder was easy. Anytime I had a question, I got a response very quickly. They notified me within three business days that a pharmacy about a 20 minute drive from my house had a box of my dose in stock. When I called the pharmacy, they said that box was for someone else. I wrote back to Medfinder to tell them, and they said they would investigate. Just a few minutes later, I got a text message saying the box had my name on it as long as I could get my prescription transferred today. What amazing service! I really appreciate it!!! Medfinder is worth every penny.

This is not a scam This is not a scam. Fill out the form and they text you to confirm receipt. Then they text you once found with name and phone number of the pharmacy. I spent hours calling places with a 200 mile radius with no success. Insitio found the prescription at a place close to my home that I didn’t even know had a pharmacy.

Give them a try! The staff worked diligently to help me locate my medication. The first pharmacy gave them false information and didn’t have my medication, so I was given a refund. The staff communicated with me the entire time through text and email and kept searching. They located another pharmacy, close to my home, that same day! Very nice staff, great customer service. Try them!

Success in just a few days! I had been searching for 3 weeks and calling around to pharmacies was frustrating and getting me nowhere. Wasn't sure they would be able to find it but they did. First time, the pharmacy sold out before my turn came up in line. Undeterred, Insito rep found it again and I snagged it in time. Very professional, too.
