Potential for better future - Few great deals but not adequate customer support I will only focus on two factors, first, how well curated and property vetted the deals are and second customer support. In terms of deals, there have been very good deals like BrainCert and Nuelink, So bravo to PG for bringing these good deals like but there is a lot to be desired in terms of diversity of these deals as well quality but I believe things will improve soon. Customer support needs to be improved a lot. Responses to the queries regarding the deals and engaging the founders in these responses is very critical, this is where PG can improve. with regards to the interface there is a lot to be desired. For e.g. under purchases I can't click on the link to get back to the deal page. Introducing categories like social media, AI writers etc will help a lot more as well

Excellent marketplace with excellent community I have bought Scalenut from PG and I was having hard time to figure out how to pull things together. Just then I dropped a message in relevant chat seeking some help. Within no time Udit pinged me and offered assistance by blocking a calendar, and the brilliant thing here is the time that I wanted. I have bought few LTDs on other #1 Marketplaces sites aswell and no where I found such enthusiastic CEO who constantly engage with community and quick to respond.
