GBI picked up a lifetime business email… I picked up a lifetime business email package (I run a small biz out of my house) and I've been happy enough that I transferred my domain over and got one of their hosting packages. I needed help three times for some things I didn't understand. The tickets were answered professionally and quickly, and my questions were answered correctly. The only concern I have is sustainability. I hope that they can make their business model work - I'd like to be a customer for a while!

INUnable to resolve an issue for more than a month. The stupidest decision I've ever made was switching my email accounts to this company (mailwish.com) thinking their interface looks good and I could save some money, but they have completely stopped me from creating new emails, so I cannot create any email for employees join our team and I have already paid for an year and they're not even ready to refund back the money so that I can switch to my old service provider, this is a most pathetic service provider I have ever come across in my career. It's been almost a month since I raised the initial complaint and I have been waiting and keeping my staff on bench since I'm not able to create their accounts on our tools without the email account and I have to pay their salary which is due soon. Every time I ask them they say they're checking on it and the team is working on it but no resolution for more than a month, I would not recommend anyone to use this service, coz once you do, they won't provide you the service nor the refund and you're stuck with them.

SGSlow and Terrible Service Registered for email service however as having issue with blacklist from ip adresss for some reason. Manage to resolved most of it, but realised its because its a class c where my provider has an issue. Thus suspended the mail sevice. Registered a domain but for more than 7 days still pending support claims its because of blacklist issue. Which is unrelated. Up till now still flagged for review, but not resolved. Waste of money.
