I had a bit of an issue with my account and billing, and some charges were taken off my credit card in error. I was more than a little bit annoyed and decided to log a support ticket. To my surprise, I received a reply almost instantly and I was blown away by their response. There was no back and forth or hassle, they just refunded the charges immediately. I was so impressed by their service and the way they handled the situation. It was a really positive experience and it's made me a lifetime customer. Do not recommend Do not recommend! It is simply a joke. Outdated VPS image with no option to disable ipv6, poor admin console. A waste of money and time, where most IPs are banned worldwide. Also, no refunds three days after purchase.

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING First: I registered even with providing and verifying my phone number. Very unusual. Second: 10 days after having registered on their site, without doing anything on it, they bill me USD 3 for a "cloud account". I feel duped.
