Service Refusal
CAWorst dedicated host experience. Recently moved my solo server to a Texas dedicated machine from revival (they supply services from GSK). $130 per month. Ryzen 3600 and 64gb ram. The reviews were all good so I was shocked when my experience was so bad. Constant multiple daily disconnects, lag, and no refunds. You have been warned. My server died to 0 population because of it and I had to move back to my old host (host havoc) where the population is starting to now return so I tossed $130 down the drain. This is the first negative review I have written in my life, if you value your rust server, avoid using these guys because they don't stand behind the service they sell. This is not a settings issue on my end, all the customers who have servers from them had the same problem (spoke to people in the rust admin discord). Maybe the servers outside of Texas are better, I wouldn't know because I can't change locations. You will be left high and dry if you have problems.

USThis man or legend behind this server… This man or legend behind this server running is amazing. The customer service was wonderful when my server had a miniscule problem. After that I never had any more issues and I will continue to pay for these services. I wish you the best in this service and that you will gain more frequent traction to keep you running forever.

AEExceptional support, great value and modern systems I am fairly experienced in the rust server field, however when I need a new server in the US, I was recommended revival by a friend, and I was extremely impressed. So much so that I have now started recommending it to others I know. The support offered, even for issues that most hosts would not help with as it is 'not their problem', is exceptional. Connor has an incredible amount of experience in hosting, and can solve any issue you throw at him. Overall, I cannot fault RGS for their product, and I believe the service is currently unmatched.
