GBExtremely Poor Customer Service The customer service experience provided by BEE is by far the worst I have experienced for a long time. I experienced long delays in responses to my support requests and when they replies did come, they seemed highly unprofessional. I was without access to my account for many weeks and received no apology. I wrote a formal complaint outlining the detail of my entire experience and received no response whatsoever. I certainly will Not be recommending BEE to anyone else - in fact I will be recommending that others avoid doing business with them.
