GBWe've been using Beefree for over 2… We've been using Beefree for over 2 years now, everything is great and the product does what it says on the tin. Recently they had a Black Friday sale which introduced 40% off their plans. Apparently, this is only available for new customers? existing customers that were loyal for years are doomed to pay the full price, because these are apparently the terms. Many companies would offset this issue by saying "well, you can just open a new account". Beefree locks you in with being unable to export/move your templates to a new Beefree account. This 1 star review is only due to the shady pricing practices, trying to get new customers in at a discounted price but forgetting about loyal customers. GBExtremely Poor Customer Service The customer service experience provided by BEE is by far the worst I have experienced for a long time. I experienced long delays in responses to my support requests and when they replies did come, they seemed highly unprofessional. I was without access to my account for many weeks and received no apology. I wrote a formal complaint outlining the detail of my entire experience and received no response whatsoever. I certainly will Not be recommending BEE to anyone else - in fact I will be recommending that others avoid doing business with them.
