I have buy the pro version & they removed my account! I have buy the pro version, and asked them about uploading own Lottie animation, the answer I got was "we can add it for 150 dollars" on top of the already high price paid for the product, I said it was disappointing and said that this is a basic function that all will benefit from! They removed my account! (Update) Lies I was not rude in fact I kept it very professional and I was saying that the feature will give you more customers I wanted for you to succeed and asked something many would love and hence would buy your product, and on contrary to what you said, you ware very rude and immediately said that I’m throwing a tantrum and that I’m unfit to be your customer (for caring about you having more paying users) then proceeded to remove my account & revoked my license. No refund paid! (Update 2) You want us to believe your website text when you are in full control of editing it, I have no interest in lies I gain nothing from this! You are just proving how stubborn and aggressive you are towards your clients. Btw most of the other reviews here are invites from their employees & friends. Do what you will with this information, their plugin in is good. The aggressiveness and absolute denial & twisting is delusional.
