USSuperior customer service Our commission/rebate system is very complicated and there are many different scenarios that I deal with and QCommission has successfully conquered this task. I now get a clean report that does not require any edits and I do not have to do any calculations. I can trust the reports to be accurate. We have 80 payees currently. I couldn't be happier with QCommission and their customer service is top notch. If I have an issue, it is usually resolved within 24 hours...very often the same day.

Customer relations 5 star We had one of the hardest commissions to figure with numerous commissions, over 300 payees that would take weeks to do a monthly commission calculation on numerous excel statements . With no way to do reporting of commission statements, financial statements, etc. QCommission has solved this calculation down to a one day process with no errors. The professionalism and considerate care that their representative did was superb! Way to go Karen!
