Excellent Program We started using Lawcus a few months ago and have been very pleased with the program. Anytime we have had questions, they have been answered promptly, professionally, and completely. Personally, I have been impressed by the Lawcus team being so open to suggestions in program changes to better suit the user's needs.

Great bells and whistles; needs some more basics. Tech support follow-up is great. They take feature requests into consideration, and oft put out polls on their Facebook page to see what users may be interested in. Lots of "simple" things that the program does not do at all or not do well that are so common to the practice of law, such as a tickler or being able to print a task list or the day's calendar. These very basics of long standing practice/practice management should be conquered before going for more bells and whistles. But again, great people who are still putting together a good program.

I like the software I like the software, but I am waiting for further refinement to take place. I love that it has a lead management component. The customer service is great, they are very responsive and attentive. I am still considering it.
