The ReadySign support and customer… The ReadySign support and customer success teams have been great to work with. We are brand new to electronic signatures and I was given a team of professionals to help us on-board and get started. I love the ReadySign program I love the ReadySign program. It has been very user friendly and our department has benefited from using the program. We moved to virtual meetings due to Covid restrictions and we have been able to attain legal documentation of signatures with ReadySign. The customer service is prompt and helpful every time I have contacted them.

Easy to Use / Need Improvement for Bulk Signatures It is easy to use if you send the bulk of your documents or individually. Templates are greatly useful, but not easy to understand. It will be great if we can select one of the required fill-in-blank filled as a title for bulked sent documents in order to sort signed documents easily.
