KRVery Bad for a Scraper 1. when you connect to the Korea using their proxy server, you get a tunneling error. However, if you connect to the UK, the connection works fine. They seem to have proxy servers for countries they actually don't have. 2. their proxy is banned by Google, so you can't even get Recaptcha JS.
